Over the years, we traveled across Europe attending conferences, meeting with NGOs, talking to local and international social activists, and getting a bigger picture of social challenges. We did workshops across Pakistan, observed Tuaregs in Algeria, researched in Jordan, engaged with people in Dagestan, interviewed the First People of Australia and organized community meetings in Fiji. 

Our conclusion brought us to the creation Alimuradova Organisation, which aim is to support local leaders who are engaged in the improvement of their society.
